my heart beats fast
feels like I waited ages
to see that sentence on a page
it’s draining to retain these feelings
craving to be seen
It’s like they’re purposely invading from inside

But then I’m pulled back to reality words in black
they describe what’s going on What „is wrong“ with me
My heart wants to be strong
but I’m fragile

There’s a battle and my defenses are scattered
The terminology the doctor wrote down
has always been a part of me e e e e
